Wait until every hot part is cool

Turn the torch off and set it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Leave the smoker top in place until the steel screen has cooled fully.

Do not tip hot ash into a trash can. A chip can remain hot after the visible smoke stops. Give the screen more time than you think it needs.

Brush the screen dry

Use the included cleaning brush to remove loose ash from the steel screen. Work over a nonflammable surface and empty the cooled residue into an appropriate container.

A dry brush is enough for routine use. Avoid soaking the assembled smoker top. Water can reach the surrounding wood and may change its surface over time.

If residue remains, follow the user guide for the removable components. Make sure every cleaned part is completely dry before reassembly or storage.

Care for the Sapele wood top

Wipe the wood with a clean, dry cloth. Do not place it in a dishwasher or leave it submerged in water. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, and long contact with cocktail ingredients.

Wood changes gradually with use. A small amount of darkening near the screen can be normal. Cracking, severe scorching, looseness, or other damage is a reason to stop and inspect the part before using it again.

Keep the chips dry

Close each tin after use. Store the six natural wood-chip profiles away from humidity, heat, and strong surrounding odors.

Do not return partially burned chips to a tin. Discard cooled ash and start the next drink with fresh, dry wood.

Check the torch before it goes back

Confirm that the flame is fully off and the nozzle is cool. Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth. Do not immerse the torch or apply cleaner near the ignition and refill valves.

If you smell fuel or hear hissing, keep the torch out of the case and away from ignition sources. Follow the torch instructions before using or storing it again.

Return each piece to its place

The carbonized wood presentation case is designed to keep the Sapele wood smoker top, refillable gold torch, six chip tins, eight whiskey stones, gold spoon, cleaning brush, and printed card together.

Make sure every component is cool and dry first. Keep the velvet pouch dry. Store the closed case away from direct heat, moisture, and prolonged sunlight.

A one-minute dry cleanup after each use is easier than a deep clean later. It also means the set is ready when the next glass is poured.

A note on safety

Adults only. Read the user guide before use. Keep the torch, butane, and hot screen away from children and flammable materials. Never leave an open flame unattended.
